I have IBS and cant digest food very well, these help loads. I also take them on holiday evey year as they help with the dodgy tummy most people get in Egypt!!

I stopped eating yoghurt and other dairy products because I decided to make the full switch to paleo eating. I took these Total Super Dophilus to top up the bacteria that I won't be getting from dairy. Good product, well priced, super-tiny and easy to swallow capsules, and delivered very quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with adding this capsule to my range of daily supplements!
