Total Hoodia is a great product only slight criticism is that the tablets are slightly larger than I'd prefer.

At first I didn't experience any obvious reduction in appetite. However after using Total Hoodia for a few days I experienced feeling fuller sooner and for longer. It is too soon for me to have achieved any notable weight loss, but as far as the product goes - I would say it works as I simply can't eat as much when I have used it.
