These Joint Plus Original are the only tablets I have found with all the relevant ingredients in one tablet. That alone is great. It saves buying all separate which adds up. Do they work or make a difference? Well I don't know but I hope so. I have bad knees and have had various operations. They are like horses tablets and hard to swallow but I suppose with that many ingredients they have to be big.

Having suffered from joint pain in my pelvis for years, I researched the possible supplements that would offer me relief: rosehip, msm, glucosamine, chrondoitin and celadrin were the ones that kept cropping up. Previously I have had to purchase 3 different supplements to ensure I get all five, until I found these Join Plus Original capsules last month. They're slightly more expensive but when I compare that to the cost of three tablets it's a lot easier to swallow (if you'll pardon the pun).

Excellent! Felt a noticable change within the first week in my knee, which I had surgery on last year and still flares up after a heavy workout but not anymore. Now i can be as active i'd like, and at such little cost you'd be silly not to add it to your daily routine!
