May have been my mistake but I thought this was a complete multivitamin like Alpa Men with added thermo ingredients. I found out this was not the case and had to buy an additional multivitamin. The product is ok but not what I expected. I think I will stick to the normal Alpha Men capsules next time.

Whilst I have only just started to use these, and I am subsequently waiting to see the results for weight loss (First week), they definitely raise raise body temperature, a sure sign that metabolism has been raised (hence improved fat burning), and I have found that they help me to focus on whatever exercise I am performing, usually bodybuilding, a little more. Thanks for a good blend of ingredients MV.

Ordered on Weds and was delivered on Sat (used the free delivery option), so really pleased with that! I've been taking the product for one week and not changed my daily exercise of about 30-60mins cycling and no change to diet... I've lost about 6lbs and feel like I have more energy, particularly later in the day.
