Health Benefits of Acai Berry

The acai berry (pronounced Ah-Sigh-eee) is a native berry of Central and South America which has a number of health benefits, leading to the berries recent status as a ‘superfood’.

It is exceptionally rich in Vitamins A, B, C and E, amongst many other vastly beneficial minerals and nutrients including Selenium, Zinc and Essential Fatty Acids. All of which work together to not only make you feel good but too also look good too.
