Vegan Strawberry French Toast
Our delicious guilt-free vegan french toast recipe is perfect for a lazy Sunday morning breakfast, or post-dinner treat. It’s completely dairy-free, wholesome, nutritious and ridiculously easy to make, give it a go!


To Make:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, minus the bread in a bowl.
  2. Coat each slice of bread in the mixture for about 20 seconds on each side.
  3. Place a spoonful of coconut oil in a heated pan.
  4. Add the bread to the pan and cook until brown on both sides.
  5. Top with fresh strawberries and a dash more of maple syrup and enjoy!
