- Mix together all the ingredients, minus the bread in a bowl.
- Coat each slice of bread in the mixture for about 20 seconds on each side.
- Place a spoonful of coconut oil in a heated pan.
- Add the bread to the pan and cook until brown on both sides.
- Top with fresh strawberries and a dash more of maple syrup and enjoy!
