Adam Barrett | Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

In the third part of our video series with resident Health and Fitness Expert Adam Barrett, we’ve got a Superfood special recipe for you, Chia Seed Pudding!

What are Chia Seeds?

All hail the mighty Chia Seed! This tiny seed packs a powerful punch and, calorie-for-calorie, are one of the world’s very best sources of protein and nutrients.

Just 1 serving (28 grams) of Chia seeds contains:

11 grams Fibre

4 grams Protein

Calcium: 18% of your RDA.

Manganese: 30% of your RDA.

Magnesium: 30% of your RDA.

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 75grams - Blueberries
  • 1 - Banana
  • 300ml - Almond Milk
  • 80grams - Chia Seeds
  • 200ml - Natural Yogurt
  • 75grams - Raspberries

Instructions

  1. For Blended/Smooth Version: Place half a banana plus all the ingredients except the raspberries in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into a jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel.

  3. Stir in the the raspberries and slice half the banana on top.

    Make the night before to have ready for a fast breakfast the next day.
