    Skip the lift and take the stairs, picking up the pace for maximum calorie burn.

    Don’t skip a step either; contrary to popular belief  ascending one step at a time actually burns more calories than leaping up two at a time. Climbing down also helps tone the back of your pins and glutes, so don’t skip the descent either.

    Kim K and her personal trainer love a good sprint session. Find yourself a hill with a decent gradient and HIIT it hard, Sprint your way to the top and jog down.

    Rest for 30 seconds and then head up again. Repeat 10 times before collapsing into a sweaty heap.

    Park Bench Push-Up

    Why sit when you can get fit?

    Placing your hands on the seat of the bench with your legs extended out into a raised plank position, lower your chest towards the bench using your arms and extend back out.

    Repeat for 12 reps.
